Shipping policy

At RayGrace, our goal is to ensure timely, reliable, and safe delivery of your Ayurvedic wellness products. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed in such cases.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes serviced by our courier partners.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeframe depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote/Interior Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or operational delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply based on order value and destination.

  • COD Orders (if applicable): Additional COD fee may be charged.
    Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking ID

You can check the status anytime via the tracking link on www.raygrace.in.


6. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

A delivery attempt may fail if:

  • The customer is not available

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Phone number unreachable

If the order returns to us (RTO), the customer may be required to pay reshipping charges to dispatch the order again.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or tampered package, please:

  • Take photos/videos immediately

  • Do NOT accept the package if the damage is visible

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours through www.raygrace.in/contact

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


8. Wrong Address Disclaimer

RayGrace is not responsible for delivery issues due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailability

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote location delivery timelines


10. International Shipping

Currently, RayGrace.in ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
